Content

During Primary Maths Outdoors, you will:

  • Increase your confidence in the outdoor classroom by trying out a range of practical activities
  • Develop strategies for teaching lessons outdoors
  • Take away ideas for delivering the mathematics curriculum outdoors
  • Learn how transforming outdoor spaces can present a great opportunity for children to develop their numeracy skills

Booking

Please note that this course is designed to be delivered as a full day session, although the same content can also be delivered across two half day sessions or three twilight sessions. Alternatively, we can run shorter versions of the training in a half day or twilight session. This training can also be combined with other training courses, such as Primary Foundations Outdoors or Primary Literacy Outdoors.

The costs below are based on one trainer delivering training for up to 20 staff. For larger numbers of staff, we can provide extra trainers for an additional cost.
