The Strategic Communications Lead will shape and deliver the communications strategy for Learning through Landscapes, driving audience engagement and strengthening our profile as the leading voice in outdoor learning and play.
We are looking for an experienced and strategic communications professional to lead the development and delivery of our charity’s communications and marketing activities. This is a key role responsible for driving engagement, strengthening our brand, and positioning Learning through Landscapes as the leading voice in outdoor learning and play.
The role is hybrid and can be based in either our Hampshire or Stirling offices. It will be varied and involve: developing and delivering multi-channel communications strategies; overseeing campaigns, content and media engagement; acting as brand guardian; improving communications impact measurement; and collaborating with internal teams and partners to maximise reach and engagement.
You will need:
Experience of leading communications or marketing at a strategic level, preferably in the charitable or education sector
Experience of managing staff and delivering multi-channel campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement
Confidence in using data to evaluate performance and inform strategy
