Our Chief Operating Officer will lead project delivery across the UK, ensuring strategic plans are translated into effective action while driving operational excellence and a collaborative, values-led culture.
We’re looking for a strategic and values-driven Chief Operating Officer to join our senior leadership team. This is a full-time, UK-wide role with regular travel and the opportunity to shape the operational success of our charity.
As COO, you will oversee the delivery of impactful projects in all four nations, lead and support our regional project managers, and work closely with the CEO to turn strategic priorities into high-quality, well-managed delivery. You will be responsible for operational safeguarding and health and safety, champion continuous improvement across our systems and processes, and foster a collaborative, inclusive working culture. This role also includes deputising for the CEO and representing the charity with key stakeholders across the UK.
We’re seeking someone with a proven track record in operational leadership, a strong understanding of safeguarding and project management, and a commitment to our mission of embedding outdoor learning and play in every school day.
