37 hours per week
£70,000 per annum
Permanent contract

Our Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic leadership, represent the charity at the highest levels, and drive forward our mission to embed outdoor learning and play into every school day.

We are the UK’s leading school grounds, outdoor learning and play charity. With a focus on supporting schools and early years settings, we develop and deliver expert-led projects that make a real impact on children’s education and well-being to improve the overall state of childhood. Our work is driven by the belief that outdoor learning and play should be part of every school day, and we provide the resources, training, and funding to help educators unlock their potential.

We are looking for a creative and strategic CEO to lead our team of passionate professionals who work across the UK.

Can you bring your excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver our business objectives?

Could your experience of negotiating and influencing help us continue to champion the development of climate-ready, future-proof school grounds?

Will you embrace the complexity of managing a charity across the four nations, using your critical thinking and public speaking skills to raise awareness of our mission?

If you’re ready to help shape the future of outdoor learning and play in schools, we’d love to hear from you.
