Work for us

At Learning through Landscapes, we’re always looking for dedicated people with a passion for engaging children and young people with their outdoor environment. As a relatively small organisation, collaboration and variety are key. We’re proud of our strong, supportive team spirit and purposeful culture where everyone’s contribution counts. If you’d like to join the UK’s leading outdoor learning and play charity, view our current vacancies below.

We appreciate your interest in working with us and the time it takes to apply. However, due to time constraints, we are unable to respond to all applications. If you have not heard from us within a week of the closing date, you have not been shortlisted.

Why our team love working at Learning through Landscapes

It’s a real privilege to spend every day working on improving three of the areas that are most important to me – education, wellbeing, and nature. I get to work with some truly fantastic people who share these values, too.

Dan Harvey
Head of Commercial Development

All in all, this job is a winner for me! I get to travel loads, meet new people, and help teaching staff to deliver more learning outdoors. I love my job, and the amazing team I work with.

Suzi Hoskins
Training and Development Officer

It’s more like a community than a workplace. I love being surrounded by like-minded people with a sense of soul, a purpose, and a common goal of getting more people connected and caring about nature.

Lindsey Hobbs
Project Officer

I love meeting inspiring and dedicated educators all across Scotland. Seeing the positive impact that our work has is always a great feeling, and it’s great to know that we’re supporting so many children, families, and educators.

Gordon MacLean
Training and Development Officer

Although we are geographically spread across the UK, there is real sense of team spirit and support at LtL. It’s a pleasure to work with such knowledgeable, expert, inspiring, and friendly people.

Hannah Stewart
Trust Fundraiser and Bid Writer

When I joined, I was immediately struck by the enthusiasm, commitment, and support of my colleagues. The quality of work and passion for giving your best shines through at LtL.‎‎

Iestyn Thomas
Training and Development Officer

The passion everyone at LtL has for what we do is amazing. I now enjoy a fantastic work life balance and the positive vibes are an absolute joy.

Fi Moore
Project Administrator

I love working outdoors, but I’m also encouraged to work creatively, writing resources and participating in projects. I’m constantly inspired by my colleagues and feel that I am in exactly the right place with the right people.
