Content
Based on the evidence of increased learner motivation, confidence, and a rich context for learning, this programme works with the staff team of an individual school over the course of a year. In Scotland, the programme has Accreditation for Professional Recognition for all GTCS registered staff.
Learning for sustainability and outdoor learning will become embedded in practice, through ‘doing different, not more’. Based on the topics and curricular areas you have to teach, we will support staff to make simple, low resource changes to practice that maximise the opportunity in school grounds and local spaces for learning.
In addition, we can create a Playtime Revolution, allowing true play time for your pupils and delivering them back to the classroom having rested, played, and learned in ‘teacher free learning time’.
Booking
This long-term training usually consists of a variety of sessions – for example, one full whole day introduction, two in-service half-day sessions, a series of five collegiate twilight sessions plus online sessions and training.
Please note that we can adapt this programme to fit your specific requirements, available time, and budget. Get in touch or fill out the form below if you would like to discuss this further.
