I deliver training sessions to schools and early years settings to help them to take learning outdoors. As a primary school teacher of 17 years, I understand how powerful and beneficial learning outdoors can be for both the children’s academic development and for their mental health. I am passionate about the power of play for children, about helping children to love learning, and about teaching children to enjoy and take care of the natural world.
