I deliver training sessions for the Local School Nature Grants programme, supporting educational settings on their outdoor learning journey and helping educators integrate outdoor experiences into their teaching methods.
Having worked in a variety of educational settings for many years, I am passionate about outdoor learning and how it offers a wealth of benefits, from fostering a stronger connection to nature to providing a dynamic and experiential learning environment. Creating resources to bring the STEM curriculum to life outdoors enabled me to observe the impact that high-quality resources and training can have on both the practitioner and their pupils.
