The best way to describe my role is ‘on the ground support’. From running consultation workshops with pupils to supporting nursery staff in the woods, every day is different. Alongside delivering training and projects, I also write curriculum resources and support schools with advisory visits, focusing on overcoming obstacles and making improvements to their grounds. I love the variety of my role!
