I take care of the charity’s finances. After 25 years of working in various accountancy roles in the private sector, it was a breath of fresh air to start working for a non-profit. The work is tremendously rewarding, as I know I am part of a wider team delivering so many great opportunities to learn and develop to young people around the UK.
