Paper Plant Pots
Use this primary cross-curricular activity to create waste paper plant pots that your pupils can plant straight into the soil. This outdoor lesson idea covers learning outcomes across literacy comprehension, positional mathematics, and sustainability.
Our outdoor lesson ideas and play activities are created by educators who understand the barriers teachers and practitioners face when taking learning and play outdoors. Alongside the main activity, we have included ideas for extensions and/or applications to help you meet learning outcomes across a range of additional subject areas and topics.
We know you will tailor these activities to the learning needs of your pupils, and we encourage you to use our lesson ideas as inspiration rather than instruction. Feel free to take it, break it, and make it your own!
