Exemplar school play policy
This exemplar school play policy was developed from the Natural Play Project and is useful for schools looking to formalise their play provision.
It is provided in word format so that you can edit as needed for your own use.
We recommend that all schools have an outdoor learning and play policy. This sets a clear expectation and agenda for all staff, learners and parents. The policy is then quoted in the school handbook and recruitment policies.
