From breaktimes to formal learning time, the outdoors provides a rich and engaging opportunity for learners. However, this time is also deeply restorative and developmental of our mental, physical and social wellbeing.
Are you making the best use of it?
This session is all about the goal of happier and healthier children. You will be inspired and equipped with ideas to improve pupil (and staff!) health and wellbeing through making better use of your outdoor space.
The webinar is ideal for Primary and Secondary education leaders and teachers. It will be led by Mary Jackson, our Head of Education and Communities, and Steve Moizer, Training and Development Officer.
It will be delivered via Zoom and will last approximately 30 minutes with time to answer questions at the end.
We are running a series of free webinars over the coming months on topics like “Building a curriculum around outdoor learning”, “Nature connection and understanding”, and “Developing your school grounds”. We will be posting details of these on our training page, but please sign up to our newsletter for updates.
